These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and 6star ("Platform", "us"). These Terms govern your use of the 6star website, mobile app, and all services offered under the 6star brand.

By clicking the "Register" button, accessing the platform, or using any 6star service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to these Terms. These Terms take effect from the date of your account registration and remain in force for as long as your account is active.

To register and use 6star services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Minimum age 18 years – 6star may only be used by individuals aged 18 and above. Any registration by an underage individual is invalid and the account will be closed immediately.
• Legal Capacity – you must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
• Not a resident of a restricted territory – you are not located in any territory or country where use of the 6star platform is prohibited by local law.
• Not a national of a prohibited country – you are not a citizen or resident of a country restricted from using online gambling services.
• Registering under your own name – you are registering an account for your own personal use and not on behalf of any third party.

6star reserves the right to request verification documents at any time to confirm your eligibility. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified period may result in the temporary suspension of your account.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) 6star account only. Owning more than one account – whether under a different name, different email address, or by any other means – is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• You are fully responsible for keeping your account password confidential.
• All activity carried out through your account is your responsibility, including access that occurs without your authorisation.
• Notify the 6star support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
• The KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed.

6star supports a wide range of payment methods popular in Malaysia, including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, Boost, and local bank transfers. All financial transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).

• Minimum deposit: RM 20 for most payment methods.
• Daily deposit limit: Depending on your account level and the payment method used.

• Accounts closed due to a breach of these Terms may not be eligible for a refund, depending on the outcome of the investigation.

• Game results affected by technical interruptions will be resolved based on valid server records.
